Our most vital resource is our people. That's why Human Resources is one of our most vital teams: From recruiting to career development for BCGers, and from training and mobility support to staffing (assigning our consultants to client casework), the Human Resources Team plays a decisive role in making BCG not just a company, but a Group in which each individual can be their best.
As a creative and communicative Recruiter, you'll be part of the HR department that supports our non-consulting employees (Business Services Team [BST]), taking ownership of all recruiting activities across our Central Europe region.
Within the Recruiting Team, you'll serve as the go-to person for a defined employee group and act as a trusted sparring partner to hiring managers throughout the entire process. From crafting compelling job advertisements and advising on posting strategies to screening applications and conducting interviews — you manage the full recruitment cycle.
You'll take ownership of external recruitment partners and lead framework agreement negotiations with confidence. Your analytical mindset shows in the way you approach recruiting data — turning regular reports into meaningful insights and concrete next steps. Paired with a hands-on approach to AI-powered tools, you continuously push for better, more efficient processes across the board.
Beyond day-to-day business, there's plenty of room to follow your passion for creativity: projects span employer branding, ATS process improvements, and the development of new recruiting channels — both locally and across the region, with international exposure. You'll also plan and organize quarterly events for new hires and students, building networks and a genuine sense of community. Ultimately, it all comes down to one goal: bringing the best talent to BCG.
You'll be part of a five-person team (including two working students) whose collaboration is characterized by respect, acceptance, and mutual trust. Through various interfaces, you'll receive interesting insight into the work of other areas of HR (career development, legal, talent management, etc.). You'll report directly to the responsible Recruiting Senior Manager, who will be there for you during your orientation phase and support you in your professional development. You will also always be able to draw on the experience of your coworkers.
